Posthumous Painting continued...

I hesitated posting this pic but I thought I owed it to my loyal blog readers (all two of you) to show my struggles. I began to feel the time crunch and tried to speed up the process of laying in color which just made my color mud.

Word to the wise--slow down. Painting is much easier when it's not rushed. All is not lost though, this paint will be dry by the time I start working on it again tonight and I'll have a good base to work on.

I also need get the background and hair laid in before I can figure out proper colors in the face.
