Girl with Braids - Part 12

As you can see I've added the background I mentioned in my previous post. I like the contrast it gives to the painting, although with the dark background I've lost some values in the face. I think I've decided to finish the clothing and braids, I'm just going to keep them loose and not as tight as the detail in the face.

What do ya think, is the background a keeper?
