Tar & Feathers - Judgment Day

Well, the painting is now out of my hands and before the mercy of the juror. I left my camera in a friends truck that had the final pics of the painting on it--so, unfortunately, I don't have the latest image to post right now. But here's a pic of the painting with the frame the day before the show deadline.
I didn't get the painting to the finished state I would prefer and, actually, on Sat. I seriously considered not entering it in the show. But I (along with some convincing by my better half) thought I've worked so hard to make it to this show--why not enter it? All it needs is some minor refinements, but it's all there. So we'll see if it was a good decision. I find out by the end of the week if it got accepted. I also entered "Girl with Braids" as well. Once I get my camera back, I'll post the recent image of the painting.

Nice work ! It's great to see the step-by-step evolution of this painting, inspiring i'd say.
